Wow! This year has finally arrived, the year all true believers have been waiting for, whether some realize it or not. I could write an entire Bible study just on this year alone, but I won’t! Rather, with the Lord’s help, I will point out just a few things that should make our readers realize that this year is God’s appointed year to make the change from this present Dispensation of Grace to the seven-year judgment of the Tribulation period. Are you ready?
2017 is exactly 120 years from 1897 when Theodor Herzl convened the First Jewish Congress, which set in motion the ultimate restoration of the Jewish people to a right relationship with their God. Just as a 120-year warning was given preceding the judgment of the flood in “the days of Noah,” so the Lord God also graciously gave mankind living today a 120-year warning of impending judgment to come.
2017 is exactly 100 years from 1917 when the Ottoman Turks were driven from the Holy Land. “100” is the Bible number signifying “calling; choosing; election.”
[2017 is exactly 70 years from 1947 when the United Nations ended the British Mandate over the Holy Land, making it possible for the Jewish people to re-establish their nation the following year. “70” is the Bible number signifying “the restoration of Israel.”
2017 is exactly 50 years from 1967 when the Six Day War was fought, restoring the city of Jerusalem and the entire west bank to the nation and people of Israel. “50” is the Bible number signifying “the Jubilee; freedom; liberty; restoration.” See Leviticus 25, the entire chapter.
2017 is the year 5777 on the Jewish calendar. “777” is the Bible number signifying “the exceeding fullness of the wrath of God.” Are our readers aware that the father of Noah was 777 years of age? See Genesis 5:31-32. Are our readers also aware that America’s new President, Donald Trump, on the day he was inaugurated, his age was 70 years, 7 months, and 7 days? [777].
The numbers which identify this particular year of the century are quite unique. There have been no year numbers like them since 1917, one hundred years ago. 1 + 7 = 8. 1917 was a year of drastic CHANGE. Likewise, 2017 will be a year of amazing CHANGE.

Yom Ha’atzmaut – Israel’s Independence Day – begins immediately following Yom HaZikaron, Israel’s Memorial Day, in memory of fallen soldiers and victims of terror. This transition from somber remembrance to joyous celebration helps serve as a reminder that the State of Israel owes its existence to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

This remarkable ability to grieve for the fallen and then rejoice in the miracle of the Jewish State is manifest in the State of Israel, where the people continue to look to the future with hope and optimism.

The state ceremony that ushers in Yom Ha’atzmaut take place at Mount Herzl, Israel’s military cemetery, by the grave of Theodor Herzl, a founder of Modern Zionism. The flag, which was at half mast for Yom HaZikaron, is raised to the top of the pole. The celebration includes soldiers marching with flags creating various formations, hundreds of dancers, and of course, fireworks. The program is televised on Israeli channels.

Many museums and cultural institutions across the country open their doors to the public during, and there is a wide variety of events and activities for families. A most popular tradition for Israelis is to barbecue, the Mangal, and go hiking in nature reserves. Parks are packed with people grilling their meat as a thanksgiving for the State of Israel.

Another popular event on Yom Ha’atzmaut is the annual International Bible Contest, a worldwide competition on the Tanach (Jewish Bible) for high-school students held at the Jerusalem Theater. The competition, broadcast live on Israeli TV and radio, is sponsored by the Israeli government and is attended by the prime minister.

As well, each year, the Israel Air Force displays its military strength with a flyover across the country. Residents from north to south check the schedule ahead of time to know when the planes will pass over their neighborhoods.

‘Our Story is a Story of Hope’
In his special message for Israel’s 69th Independence Day, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke of the “moment of triumph for our people,” the day the state was founded.

“We had been scattered around the world for millennia. And then we returned to our ancient homeland, to build a safe haven, where we could live, and thrive,” he said.

While “many doubted that this tiny State of Israel would survive,” as the nascent state was “surrounded by hostile enemies, who attacked us again and again. So perhaps, for some, this skepticism was warranted. But survive we did.”

Not only did the new state survive. “Much more than that. We thrived,” he declared jubilantly.

“Today Israel is strong, democratic, prosperous. And I have no doubt that in the coming 69 years, Israel will continue to thrive, be strong and prosperous,” Netanyahu said.

“Our story is a story of hope, not just for the Jewish people, but for all of humanity. We persevered through adversity against all odds. Anyone fighting for a just cause, fighting against seemingly insurmountable odds, could draw inspiration from our story,” he stressed.

“Happy Independence Day to all of our friends around the world,” he concluded.
THE SPIRITUAL PROMISE

05 March Sheeple 0

Christ was born of Judah. Promise that David’s descendants should have an everlasting kingdom, and should stand to God in the relation of sonship (2 Sam. 7, 1 Chron. 17; etc) are recorded.

This was Never earned, but a gift of grace and an unmerited pardon of sin. There are many prophecies of the New Covenant suggested by the prophets, especially Isaiah and Jeremiah, and connected with the Messianic prophecies (See list under Chapter THE REDEEMER) In anticipation of the Davidic Dynasty, Yahweh established by Israel's future king, David, the consummation of the Davidic Covenant in the Divine Person of Christ. Thus, the utter importance of Yeshua of Nazareth, of the tribe of Judah and a descendant of David, in whom Christ first manifest on Earth as the Messiah (Luke 1:32; Heb. 7:14; Rev. 5:5) and the Second Advent of Christ when He is destined to rule the Earth as King of Kings in the Kingdom of God on Earth (Rev. 11:15; 17:14; 19:16). One of the reasons for making a covenant is the possibility of one of the parties breaking that covenant. The Agreement of Redemption never had the possibility of failing in any respect. And this is all part of Yahweh’s pre-destined plan for Jew and Gentile to be Reconciled Through Yeshua.

Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; That the Gentiles should be fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in the Messiah by the good news:

(Ephesians 3:5-6)

The partnership between Israel and the Bride is central to the kingdom of God, and an integral part of the foundation that was laid by the apostles and prophets, as well as the Essenes.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sent a moving message to Christians throughout the world for Christmas in 2016. When he said, in part:

“I send you these greetings from Jerusalem. I'm standing in the courtyard of this magnificent International Christian Embassy. I'm so proud of our relations with our Christian brothers and sisters. I wonder for many of you if you remember the experience you had when you first visited Israel, when you saw the Church of the Holy Sepulchre or the Via Dolorosa or the Sea of Galilee or Nazareth. I'm sure it moved you deeply. And it moves us deeply to have this bond with you because we all know that this land of Israel is the land of our common heritage. It changed the story of humanity, it changed civilization.”

His full remarks clarified some of the many reasons that, despite our differences, Christians share such a strong bond with Israel. Everything Yahweh has done in regards to our salvation is based on one or more of the covenants Yahweh has made in the past. None of these has been revoked or canceled. While many Evangelicals support Israel, it is primarily on a political level with no connection to the Body of believers within Israel. There is much-impaired vision within the Church in the West about this. It will take revelation and a veil lifted of the Western Church to see this.

Church, Israel and Kingdom – comprise the primary reasons for apostolic and prophetic restoration:

Christian Churches – All the first-century communities of faith saw themselves as having emerged from, and submitted to, apostolic and prophetic protection.

Israel – All of the first-century communities of faith saw themselves connected to and aligned with Biblical Israel and Jerusalem.

Kingdom – Spiritual authority in the international Church before Yeshua returns will become government authority in the Millennial kingdom after He returns (Matthew 19:28, Luke 19:17).

His Family, “all Israel”, a remnant company of Christian and Jews will return at last to the full possession of their Material and Messianic Inheritance. One of the greatest unifying themes of the biblical prophets was the story of the “Lost Tribes of Israel” and their prophetic return also to the Land of Israel. They were to be restored in unity as the “Sticks of Joseph and Judah” (Ezekiel 37) into the United Monarchy of the Greater Israel that would now be ruled by the Jewish Maschiah ben David (Messiah son of David). This prophetic theme was a story of rebellion, and rejection of the Divine by the Northern Kingdom of Israel, their exile and deportation to Khurasan in Northern Iran, Eastern Afghanistan, and Western Pakistan, their lost identity as they assimilated into the nations of the world as they “wandered” across the landscape of Eurasia to Europe. Yet the prophets were emphatic that God was always there watching over them, and though they defamed the name of God, He will redeem them for one purpose only; to honor His Holy Name.

On May 14, 1948, David Ben-Gurion, the head of the Jewish Agency, proclaimed the establishment of the State of Israel. The gift to the modern Jewish State, i.e., the testimony of Christ at Qumran, as revealed in Scroll fragments, was synchronized perfectly with the gift of the modern Jewish State, given by U.N. decree (the second “going forth of the commandment” of Daniel’s prophecy

Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

(Daniel 9:25)

November 29, 1947 was no random event either the U.N. decree, the hope of the ancient Essenes, and the promise of His Word in the period of a Jubilee. In ignorance, the U.N. was prophesying, and the Essenes Scrolls a (“voice” crying from the Judean Wilderness) bore witness: “Behold Israel, the Lamb, the Prince of God!”

God’s ultimate purpose, as always, was the revelation of Yeshua, the Prince of God, the Messiah the Prince, the ancestor of Israel, who would come by Divine Authority to fulfill the prophecy.

High ranking officials from 70 nations of the world will gather in Paris on January 15th in an attempt to force Israel to accept a two-state solution with the Palestinian Authority. By so doing, they will be fulfilling a momentous Biblical prophecy foretold thousands of years ago.

When Israeli statesman Shimon Peres passed away in September, leaders and dignitaries from 70 nations gathered in Jerusalem to pay their last respects. The symbolism is no mere coincidence; the very same number of representatives will gather in Paris, but this time to deny the Jewish connection to the Land of Israel.

“Everyone knows already what the purpose of the conference is: it will be used as another opportunity to try to impose a settlement on Israel and avoid direct negotiations between Israel and it’s neighbors,” Rabbi Avraham Arieh Trugman, director of Ohr Chadash Torah Institute, told Breaking Israel News. “

What’s interesting is that it isn’t just one or two enemies with a specific grudge, like the Arabs or the Nazis. It is 70 nations, which in Torah terms, means all of the nations,” explained Rabbi Trugman.

Rabbi Shimon Apisdorf, a prominent Jewish educator and bestselling author, told Breaking Israel News that seeing 70 nations written in the headlines caught his attention.

“There is no question that the aspect of specifically 70 nations gathering is significant, the point being Israel is not one of them,” said Rabbi Apisdorf, citing the book of Numbers.

Lo, it is a people that shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations. Numbers 23:9

“We are fundamentally different,” stated Rabbi Apisdorf. “And as a light unto the nations, we are supposed to be separate and different.”

Rabbi Trugman understood a different message in the gathering of the 70 countries.

“There is no doubt this is a fulfillment of the prophecies that in the end of days, all the nations will come out against Israel,” noted the rabbi. He quoted the commentary of Rabbi Shlomo Yitzchaki, an 11th century French commentator known by the acronym ‘Rashi’, on the first verse in the book of Genesis.

“1,000 years ago, Rashi said that in the future, the nations of the world will come and say we stole the Land of Israel. This is precisely what we are seeing now,” Rabbi Trugman said. “The majority of the nations say we have no claim to Israel, and the rest say we only have a claim to a small section of Israel.”

“Rashi told us how to answer this claim,” said Rabbi Trugman. “We need to remind them that the same God who created the heaven and earth gave it to them, and then he took it from them and gave it to us.”

The concept of 70 nations has its source in the 70 grandsons of Noah listed in the Bible.

Jacob’s Ladder (Publisher of Bible Card/Wikimedia Commons)
According to Bereshit Rabbah, a collection of homiletical teachings compiled around 400 CE, each nation is appointed an angel, except for Israel, which is protected by God Himself. According to Midrash Tanchuma, homiletical teachings believed to have been compiled around 500 CE, Jacob’s vision was of these national angels ascending and descending a ladder, determining the fortune of their nations.

And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. Genesis 28:12

Jacob’s vision is interpreted as a message that the nation of Israel was no longer part of this natural process. Though other nations will rise and fall, eventually disappearing into the sands of time, Israel will never disappear.

The concept of 70 nations also appears in reference to the 70 oxen offered in the Temple throughout Sukkot (the feast of the tabernacles) which the Talmud (Sukkah 55b) teaches are for the merit of the 70 nations.

In the wake of the recent United Nations Security Council resolution 2334 declaring Jewish housing in Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem to be illegal, the outcome of the Paris conference seems certain. A two-state solution would call for Israel to relinquish territories conquered in the 1967 Six-Day War, and subsequently create a Palestinian State. This would include establishing a Palestinian capital in East Jerusalem, thereby removing the Kotel (Western Wall) and the Temple Mount from Jewish control. It is unclear whether the 800,000 Jews living over the 1949 Armistice Lines, comprising approximately 13 percent of Israel’s Jewish population, will be required to relocate, as they were when the Israeli government dismantled the communities of Gush Katif in the Gaza Strip in 2005.

Even if the 70 nations at the conference decide in favor of the two-state solution it is unclear how this plan will be practically implemented. On January 20, five days after the conference is set to take place, Donald Trump will take the seat in Oval Office, and he has already made his opinion clear that, like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he believes the only solution to be face-to-face negotiations without pre-conditions between the Israelis and Palestinians.
Judah ben Samuel’s Prophecy of Ten Jubilees

04 August Sheeple 0

Refer to 12th century prophecy of Jewish Rabbi Judah ben Samuel, predicting that:

Jerusalem would be ruled by the Ottoman Turks for 8 Jubilees or 8x50=400 years. This was 1517-1917.

In the 9th Jubilee (50 years) Israel would be a "no man's land". It was ruled by the British after 1917.

Jerusalem would come under Jewish rule at the end of the 9th Jubilee, and this would begin the End Times with the coming of the Messiah. This happened 50 years later on June 10 1967 with Israel conquering Jerusalem. 50 years later from June 10 1967 is June 10 2017.

So, End Times period begins June 10 2017, 50 years since Jerusalem was conquered by Israel in June 1967?
Will this be in 2017? the End Times period, which according to this prophecy will see the coming of the Messiah? The Christian interpretation is that this will be the second coming of Jesus Christ, who will defeat the Antichrist at the Battle of Armageddon in the Middle East. Christ will return to earth as described in Revelation 19. And the 144,000 chosen ones will gather with the Christ, as described in Revelation 7 and 14, and these 144,000 will assist the Christ in taking over earth

Judah Ben Samuel’s exact words:

“When the Ottomans (Turks) – who were already a power to be reckoned with on the Bosporus in the time of Judah Ben Samuel – conquer Jerusalem they will rule over Jerusalem for eight jubilees.
Afterwards Jerusalem will become no-man’s land for one jubilee, and then in the ninth jubilee it will once again come back into the possession of the Jewish nation – which would signify the beginning of the Messianic end time.”

Rabbi Judah ben Samuel’s Jubilee Prophecy gives the Year of the Messiah
Rabbi Judah ben Samuel

Rabbi Judah ben Samuel (1140-1217)

It was in the year of 1217 CE that one of Judah’s most legendary and prolific German Hassidic rabbis made an astounding prediction about the future of Jerusalem and the coming of the Messiah. Known as Judah ben Samuel (Judah He-Hasid or Judah the Pious, he lived in the 12th and 13th century in Regensburg, Germany.

Born in Speyer in 1140, Rabbi ben Samuel died in February 22, 1217 in Regensbug. He was one of the fathers of Chassidei (Hassidic Judaism), a movement of Jewish mysticism in Germany different than Rabbi Lurias Kabbalistic mysticism, where the Chassids emphasized strong moral ethics and prayer.

When Rabbi Judah HeHasid settled in Regensburg at the age of 55, it was here that he wrote his seminal books; the Sefer Hasidim (Book of the Pious), Sefer Gematriyot (a book on astrology) and Sefer Hakavod (Book of Glory). The latter book is now lost and few quotations have remained by subsequent authors.

These years were the time of the Roman Christian crusades into the Holy Land between the years of 1096-1270. During that time also a flourishing correspondence was carried back and forth from Jerusalem and the Holy Land and Europe rabbis in Worms and Regensburg in Germany. It was in these letters that they knew about Saladin the Great and Saladin’s Sunni Ayyubid Dynasty in Egypt.

It was in this year that Rabbi Judah ben Samuel began publishing his biblical calculations called the Gematria, plus his astronomical observations a gave us this summary which we can read today.

Rabbi Judah ben Samuel - “When the Ottomans (Turks) – who were already a power to be reckoned with on the Bosporus in the time of Judah Ben Samuel – conquer Jerusalem they will rule over Jerusalem for eight jubilees. Afterwards Jerusalem will become no-man’s land for one jubilee, and then in the ninth jubilee it will once again come back into the possession of the Jewish nation – which would signify the beginning of the Messianic end time.”

According to Leviticus 25, one Jubilee period is 50 years in which the 50th year, each person will regain ownership of his or her tribal lands. As Rabbi Judah the Pious looked into the future, he was postulating theoretical calculations, which today are showing them to be amazingly accurate. It would be over 300 years after his death that his first prediction would become true.

During the Roman Christian Crusades, the Mamluk began their reign in Jerusalem in the year of 1250 CE when the last Ayyubid Sultan of Egypt, Turanshah was assassinated by his Mamluk slave General Aibek. Aibek then founded the Mamluk Bahri dynasty. They held power over Jerusalem until they were conquered by the Ottoman Turks in the year of 1517, three hundred years after the death of Rabbi Judah ben Samuel.

According to Rabbi Judah he-Hasid, the Ottoman Turks would later wrestle power and control over the Middle East and assume power and control over Jerusalem. They would control the Land of Palestine and Jerusalem for eight Jubilees, according to his predictive calculations. The Ottomans were a Turkish speaking tribe that was first ruled by Ertugrul in the land of Anatolia. His rule continued to ascend in power as the Seljuk Turkish Empire decayed. Ertugrul’s son, Osman, became the name-sake “father of the Ottoman Turks” for his name was corrupted in Europe as “Ottoman”.

The Ottoman Empire at its Peak

Well, eight Jubilees (50 years x 8 Jubilees) are 400 years. We know again by history that the Ottoman Turks gained control of Jerusalem in the year 1517 and held power over Jerusalem for 400 years, when they were conquered in 1917, by the British military forces under the command of British military General Edmund Allenby on Hanukkah, December 17, 1917. The Ottoman Turks began to falter in 1918 after the defeat of the army at Jerusalem. The city of Damascus fell on October 1, Homs on October 16, and Aleppo on October 25 and Turkey capitulated on October 30, 1918. After this date the League of Nations conferred the Turkey, Syria, and Egypt to the British Mandate that included the Land of Israel, then called Palestine, and Jerusalem to the British.

Then the prophecy continues when it states; “Afterwards Jerusalem will become no-man’s land for one jubilee.” Is it not amazing that from the year of 1917 when the British Mandate controlled the city of Jerusalem, Jerusalem did become under international law a “no-man’s land for one jubilee”. It was fifty years after that year in 1917, that the Israeli army captured the city of Jerusalem in the Six Day War on June 17, 1967. Exactly one Jubilee, 50 years later, Jerusalem returned for the first time to the control of the Jewish-Israeli ownership since the day when Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 CE.

Called the “Light of Israel”, Rabbi Ben Samuel truly was a “Light to the World”. He did not discriminate against anyone who wanted to learn from him. Even the Roman Catholic bishops sought his wisdom.

According to his pupils Rabbi Isaac ben Moses (Vienna), Rabbi Baruch ben Samuel (Mainz) and Rabbi Simcha (Speyer), Rabbi Judah the Pious was a model in his role of strict abstinence selflessness and of service to other. His burning desire was awaiting the coming of the Messiah.

When he was asked where he received his wisdom from, his answer was:

Rabbi Judah ben Samuel – “The prophet Elijah, who will precede the Messiah, appeared to me and revealed many things to me and emphasized that the precondition for answered prayer is that it is fueled by enthusiasm and joy for the greatness and holiness of God.”

As we read the studies of this great man of YHWH, and review his finding in all their simplicity and accuracy, we stand amazed today. In review, just before 1217 CE, he made the amazing prediction that the “Ottoman Turks would rule over the holy city of Jerusalem for eight Jubilees.”

Unknown to Rabbi Judah ben Samuel, the first known reference of the “Ottomans” was in 1215 CE, just two years before he died.

The Ottomans expanded to Nicaea (present-day Iznik and then went over the Dardanelles in 1362. Almost ninety years later, the Ottoman ruler Mehmed II conquered the Byzantine Imperial capital, Constantinople (Istanbul) in the year of 1453. Eventually the Ottomans ruled over most of the Balkans, the Fertile Crescent and Egypt included the forsaken land of Palestine.

This empire lasted until after World War II, but the Holy Land and Jerusalem were taken possession of in the year of 1917 by the British General Edmund Allenby on Hanukkah, December 17, 1917.

Judah ben Samuel’s Prophecy of Ten Jubilees

Rabbi Judah ben Samuel’s Prophecy of Ten Jubilees

As Judah ben Samuel predicted the years of 1217 and 1517 were recognized as the biblical 50 year Jubilee Years. Three hundred years of six Jubilees after 1217, the Ottoman Turks took control of Jerusalem until its fading years when the Allied Forces swept the last ruler of the Ottoman from power by the forces of the British military troops under the command of General George Allenby in 1917.

Even after the Declaration of Independence by Israel in May 15, 1948 and Israel’s War of Independence against five Islamic nations, the city of Jerusalem still remained a “divided city”. The Jordanian government controlled the eastern part of Jerusalem including the Temple Mount and the Old City of Jerusalem. A strip of land divided the State of Israel control of Western Jerusalem and the Jordanian controlled East Jerusalem. This strip of land was called “The No-Man’s Land” by both Israelis and Jordanians.

Then in the year of 1967, Israel was once again attacked. After the Six Day War, on June 17, 1967, the entire region of the West Bank was conquered by the Israeli Army and the entire city of Jerusalem returned back in possession of the Jewish people. Seven hundred and fifty years after the prophecy was first made by Rabbi Judah the Pious, from 1217 to 1967, all the conditions of the prophecy were fulfilled to the letter of the prophetic oracle. Then Rabbi Judah heHasid wrote:

Rabbi Judah heHasid – “In the ninth jubilee Jerusalem will once again come back into the possession of the Jewish nation – which will signify the beginning of the Messianic end time.”

This leaves one more Jubilee, the tenth Jubilee since the Ottoman Turks took control of Jerusalem and the Land of Promise in the years of 1517. According to this Jewish sage, the end of this tenth Jubilee will “signify the beginning of the Messianic end time.”
The 10th Jubilee began in 1967 and will be concluded in 2017.

If the Rabbi’s prophecy holds true and the millennium kingdom begins in 2017, what does that tell us? If the “Time of Jacob’s Trouble” (Chevlai shel Mashiach) is seven years in length, it would have to begin in 2010!

The Rabbi’s have taught there will be a total of 120 Jubilee cycles (6000 years) from the time God created the earth until the beginning of the Messianic Kingdom.

If this Sabbatical Messianic cycle 2009-2017 is completed and the Gog Mogog war does begin within the year between Rosh Hashanah 2015 to Rosh Hashanah(Mon, 03 Oct) 2016, then the Messianic Era will commence before 21 Sep 2017.

A reconciliation agreement was announced on 27 June 2016 to end the six-year rift in the relation between Israel and Turkey. Could this be the covenant spoken of in Daniel?

Daniel clearly states that it will be abolished by the anti-Messiah within 3½ years. If so, the Epic Year of the Messiah will be here before 2020 ends.
